Summary
For consistency with the static sample methods of the SequenceSampler interface, add static sample methods with probability of sampling elements to each of the four SequenceSampler classes: SequencePoolSampler, SequenceInsertionSampler, SequenceReservoirSampler, and SequecneCompositeSampler.
