docs: Adds search to documentation with Algolia

• Moves site docs to /website directory.

Some docs improvements:

• Adds search to docs with Algolia
• Adds Skip link for accessibility
• Adds docs for CImage relative assets resolving
• Fixes typo in CFormLabel component docs
