Publish intrinsics?

Currently the intrinsics that the bindings expect are being generated each time. Are there any plans to publish these?

The intrinsics used and defined here are intended to map to the canonical abi of interface types. Much of this is still a work-in-progress though so we're in the experimentation phase before writing documentation for a specification in the interface-types repository.

There is some draft documentation, however, about various intrinsics which is likely a bit dated at this point but should be a reasonable "getting started" point.
