JS/WIT Reference

It would be beneficial to have a complete reference documentation for how WIT types are represented in JS, covering all WIT generations.

While this will still evolve a little over time, it forms the public API of Jco's version contract as well, so we should document it and ensure that any breaking changes are reflected as major versions.
