hi sorry for the delay, focusing on GPS improvements up till now. What's missing for SQM is probably a robuust data set with captures and actual SQM measurements. Because now I can kinda see it works, but I'm not too sure about it. Thinking I should build some experimental SQM reporting menu so people can easily report it.

An experimental SQM reporting menu would indeed be ȧvery good idea!

Thank you @mrosseel for this wonderful addition. It's testing well and providing very comparable results to a stand-alone meter under the limited conditions tested so far. Time to get this out for other people to provide feedback!
