Create benchmark warehouse for conversions #60
Description
Submit conversion time for multiple converters on the same document. Require that all of the versions already be recorded in git. The relative conversion times will help to establish benchmarks. Each run of the php-file-converters-tests should generate a new record for the benchmark.
