tsc throw error on blitz beta version

What is the problem?

I cannot push code with tsc run on pre-push

What are detailed steps to reproduce this?

1. create a new blitz app
2. connect to repository
3. push code to my repository

Run blitz -v and paste the output here:

Thanks @usman-coe! Turns out this is a bug in typescript 4.2.

Solution: downgrade to typescript 4.1
