Sending BUY Stop Limit Order with:
Limit: below market price
Stop_LIMIT: above market price
Binance exchange rejects the order immediately with rejection reason: ORDER_WOULD_TRIGGER_IMMEDIATELY
and binance api-lib is not able to parse such enum.
