ttsVerify failing for Microsoft TSA #2
Description
Seeing the following error only with Microsoft when running ttsVerify:
Verifying Microsoft: FAILED
ERROR: 000CEDEF01000000:error:1B000068:ESS routines:find:ess cert id not found:crypto/ess/ess_lib.c:333:
Not sure if this has to do with the fact that Microsoft is keeping track of millisecond timestamps whereas all the other TSAs only have seconds in their returned time.
