SwiperController.SWIPE event is never triggered

Hi, 

I'm trying to listen to swipe events and use the SwiperController.pos value, but it seems that the Swipe event is never triggered, for any SwiperLayout.

Is there another way to get the swiper position/offset (not the index) when the user swipe?
