Container elements switches position after v3.1.2 update

We found the issue that nearly every page is now broken after the v3.2.1 update of b13/container. (TYPO3 v12.4.26)

We got a lot of container elements that switched position now in the frontend. This happens without changing anything in the database or backend for the pages. So the backend view/sorting is "ok" but the frontend sorting is broken.

I'm trying to add information to this ticket as I find it. But currently this is the symptom I can confirm on different typo3 installations.

it would be very helpful if you can get me more details ..., best for me: Vanilla TYPO3 with EXT:container + EXT:container_example installed + dump of tt_content with minimal CE to see the bug.

@achimfritz Thanks for the fix. Can you make a new release with this? For now downgrading to 3.1.1 is necessary.
