Here is a sample Lambda Hook function.

in which the word "Here" is a broken link. It points to https://github.com/awslabs/serverless-application-model/blob/master/examples/2016-10-31/lambda_safe_deployments/src/preTrafficHook.js which link does not exist.

Steps to reproduce:

• Visit the page
• Find the sentence
• Click the link on the word 'Here'

Observed result:

404 error happens.

Expected result:

The sample code should be there.
