Issue: X-Ray SDK not compatible with v4 of AWS .NET SDK

This project is no longer compatible with V4 of the AWS .NET SDK

warning NU1608: Detected package version outside of dependency constraint: AWSSDK.XRay 3.7.400.8 requires AWSSDK.Core (>= 3.7.400.8 && < 4.0.0) but version AWSSDK.Core 4.0.0.6 was resolved.

Thanks for bringing this to our notice. I see that the AWS SDK v4 has been recently launched. We will size the effort required and plans to make the XRay SDK compatible with v4 and update here.

@srprash any updates? I cannot update my .NET SDK dependencies or implementation to match the changes introduced in other SDKs like DynamoDB until this library is made compatible with the latest version.

We are currently focusing a majority of our efforts to OpenTelemetry and recommending users to OTel based solutions wherever possible.
