This PR adds
-schemaprivate packages that run protocol tests in schema-serde mode for all AWS protocols.I intend for the protocol tests to run in parallel with non-schema clients until such point that no clients are on model-agnostic-codegen serde.
For code review, the private folder can be ignored. It is all generated.
