V2 implementation for ProfileCredentialsProvider setRefreshForceIntervalNanos

Is there a function similar to setRefreshForceIntervalNanos in ProfileCredentialsProvider in the v2 java sdk?
Our organization has the aws profile keys and session token which expires in every one hour. Now in local development which makes use of the profile for connecting to aws, forces me to restart my app after refresh. I am trying to see if there is a workaround without restart.

@dagnir I was just bitten by this as well migrating from SDK 1.x to 2.x, service started failing after 1 hour, after debugging I discovered that the ProfileCredentialsProvider doesn't auto-refresh at all and just provides a static set of credentials.

I am happy contributing this if you guys are okay with adding the functionality?

I am going to open a new issue since I am proposing a different solution without using a refresh duration.
