Description of changes:
Add a new configuration option to support cordoning nodes without draining them.
Refactor "drain" into "interruption" to reflect more accurately on what it means. Previously we used drain to refer to "cordon + drain" behavior.
Update the README and helm daemonset template with config values that were present in the code but missing from these documents.
