Description of changes:
Adds a sample for showing how to connect to Cognito using the CognitoCredentialsProvider, adjusts the README to include how to setup and run the sample, and adjusts CI to run new the Cognito sample in CI.
Also adjusts a few comments in the other connect samples as their comments were pointing to the wrong functions and/or were worded incorrectly.
