[request] Add SOCI index to images

Describe the question/issue

Hi, AWS has now released the SOCI snapshotter, which allows faster loading of Fargate tasks. It requires that every container in the task had a SOCI index.

Is it possible to build new images with the SOCI index? Otherwise people have to manually create/upload their own versions of this aws-for-fluent-bit image.
