This PR implements a check for the readonlyRootFilesystem flag and closes #21.

Merging, and will add some docs to describe possible workarounds for it

Are there any known workarounds for this?

I'm curious if I can finally migrate ExecCommand or have to keep my ssh+docker-exec hacks around. 😓
