Description of changes:
Adds "integration" tests and corresponding infra scripts. A lot had to be mocked out, because we can't inject frames into the Android camera. This PR in particular mocks out the Android camera + ML analysis section of the codebase, just reporting to the liveness state where we have found a face at.
