Description
This addresses:
#31
Considering Shibboleth is defaulting their encryption to AES-GCM for v4, we should also make sure we support it. (https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/IDP4/GCMEncryption)
Testing
Additional tests are provided to ensure encryption/decryption.
We would like to have interoperability tests, if anyone would like to contribute to it.
