Feature Request: Allow configuration of suggestionPriority #94

Some packages are now setting suggestionPriority higher than this repo's default 2
I want to always be able to always make snippets at the top of autocomplete.
Currently, as a work around, I have downloaded this repo and have run apm link so that I could modify the suggestionPriority manually.
