Shoud `...` be for 0+ or 1+ lines?

In considering using trycmd with clap, I realized that ... could be an easy way of saying "there has to be some kind of output".

The downside is we don't offer much flexibility with matches and someone might have a 0 or more items list to match.

I've run into cases where 0+ is needed.
