This does not change anything in the output for projects that have not set enable-warnings-report in compile-sketches. For those that have, it will report the available extra information.
Note that I opted for a slightly different presentation of the new info, here. Contrary to flash/RAM usage, I don't think, a percentage change is of too much interest. However, the current absolute number may very well be (makes it easy to see, whether there are any / particularly many warnings on a particular sketch).
