This is necessary to receive the fix for a bug that caused libraries.Library.SourceHeaders() to not reflect the actual source headers of the library.

It was necessary to update the
github.com/arduino/arduino-clidependency version because the previous version has a bug (arduino/arduino-cli#960) that caused false negatives.
