Fix reset pin clashing with Portenta Carriers and Shields

Changes:

• change the reset pin for Portenta H7 from D2 to D0
• change the reset pin for Portenta C33 from D2 to D0
• disable the reset procedure for Portenta H7 + Portenta Machine Control
