- automatically choose a modeset device (not statically open "/dev/dri/card0" and hope it works)
- use glGetString hack only for VideoCore 4 running the VC4 V3D driver
automatic drm device selection
print on present set EGL buffer samples to 0
ready to be merged to master for pi 4 support
