feat: Enable multiple tech stack selection in filters #181
Description
Problem
Currently, the tech stack filter only allows selecting one technology at a time using radio buttons. This limits users who want to find projects that use multiple technologies simultaneously.
Proposed Solution
Convert the tech stack filter to use checkboxes, allowing multiple selections. This will provide more flexible filtering options for users searching for projects.

- Users can search for projects using multiple tech stacks at once
- More flexible and powerful filtering capabilities
- Better user experience when looking for projects with specific technology combinations
