Add geometry logical type

Apache Iceberg is adding geospatial support: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1iVFbrRNEzZl8tDcZC81GFt01QJkLJsI9E2NBOt21IRI. It would be good if Apache Parquet can support geometry type natively.
