[Bug] a typo in configuration of both flink & spark initialize sql config

Version: 1.10.2

In file docs/configuration/settings.md line 155 and line 196, it says kyuubi.engine.spark.initialize.sql and kyuubi.engine.flink.initialize.sql.
But the real config should be kyuubi.session.engine.spark.initialize.sql and kyuubi.session.engine.flink.initialize.sql
