Flaky tests due to leftover managed table locations (LOCATION_ALREADY_EXISTS)

Interrupted tests leave managed table dirs in the warehouse. On rerun, CTAS fails with LOCATION_ALREADY_EXISTS. Example path: spark-warehouse/org.apache.auron.AuronQuerySuite/t1. We should ensure a clean warehouse per suite before SparkSession starts.
