[Benchmarking] JS benchmarks fail on conbench

Describe the bug, including details regarding any error messages, version, and platform.

Some of our benchmarking machines fail running the benchmarks due to the JS implementation not being there anymore:

I suggest perhaps removing these benchmarks altogether. They could be re-enabled in the arrow-js repo if someone cares.

+1 to removal for right now (same as we did in #44996).

I see the JS benchmarks are called "js-micro" but I wasn't able to find a benchmark run history. Does anyone know how to find run results?

Removing is fine but I did fine it very useful to know when we had regressions so would be great to enable it on arrow-js again.

Let's remove JavaScript like Java and re-enable JavaScript on arrow-js apache/arrow-js#203 .
