OAuth 2.0 flows support

Describe the enhancement requested

I'd like to suggest adding support to OAuth 2.0 authentication. Similarly to what was done in apache/arrow-adbc#2650 this can enabled third party applications that use the JDBC driver OAuth authentication flows like client credentials for service accounts
