Need propagate argument of options to scrollToCurrentTime and scrollTop?

I need prop in <VueCal />, where I can set start time, and every switch view, clock on next day and previous will started from minutes of prop. Resume: everytime view of events must open at 9:00 AM, but you can scroll up and down
