Adding support for xtc

pytrr does currently not support the .xtc format. This could be added but would require some more work.

Note that xdrlib can probably be used (and it could possibly be used for .trr files as well).

If you are developing pytrr to support xtc, Please do it purely in python without depending on binary files and cython (unlike MDAnalysis).

Hi, I have not started this task yet, but if/when I do, the goal would be to have it purely in Python.
