Docs: Configuration Options link is broken.

Expected Behavior

When I visit: https://amplitude.github.io/Amplitude-JavaScript/#parameters
and want to learn more about the configuration optionons available.
Then, I get a menu of options.

Current Behavior

I'm redirected to GitHub ReadMe to a non-existant #link.

Possible Solution

1. Find where are the new options documented/programmed.
2. Update docs link to there.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Visit the URL.
2. Search for the link of opt_config.
3. Click on the link.
4. Attempt to look for the information on the configuration options.

• JS SDK Version: 7.1.1
• Installation Method: yarn
• Browser and Version: Chrome
