i3-cycle-focus.py needs version number embedded

https://github.com/altdesktop/i3ipc-python/blob/master/examples/i3-cycle-focus.py very much needs to have a version number embedded into it.

On Debian I found a https://github.com/altdesktop/i3ipc-python/blob/master/examples/i3-cycle-focus.py with much different content, and could not tell which was newer.
