FEATURE: Expose the created date of a data set in the UI

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I want to have a governance plan for my Aleph instance that might contain items like "Datasets are guaranteed to stay live for 6 months." If user knows this, by seeing the created date of a data set, they can estimate ho much longer it will be left in the system.

On a different note, if there are many datasets, it can be useful to know not just when it was updated but also when it was created, especially for long running datasets.

In the box column on the right side of the main page above the "Metadata updated" there should be a "Created Date" field.

This information is already stored and I think it's also exposed via the API, so it would only need to be added in the UI.
