SVG is async, causing babel to crash

This module makes the assumption that SVGO is sync, it maybe was at some point, but with latest releases (svgo@0.7.2), it causes optimize to simply return undefined and babel to crash.

This is likely going to be unsolvable short of stripping svgo out of the plugin.
