Both jdk_awt (and jdk_swing) targets are not run on macos (see: https://github.com/AdoptOpenJDK/openjdk-tests/blob/master/openjdk/playlist.xml#L208), I am fine to block jdk_imageio also while we sit and wait for resolution of adoptium/infrastructure#211.

Presumably this is an issue for all versions/implementations as its a machine config issue rather than product issue.
