Displayio Palette: transparent or opaque getter

There is currently no way to public method to query the opacity/transparency status of the elements in a palette. 

For replicating or expanding palettes it will be useful to have an opacity getter for a palette index. That would allow both the color and opacity/transparency to be replicated too.
