This pull request adds support for using this library with a PyGamer/PyBadge + FeatherWing (requires
espandexternal_spiobjects to be passed into theinitconstructor).In addition to adding pin-compatibility, it also creates a hidden cursor object (https://github.com/adafruit/Adafruit_CircuitPython_CursorControl) if the board used with PyPortal is a PyBadge/PyGamer to substitute for the PyPortal's touchscreen.
