NestedScrollView 삭제 후 단독으로 리사이클러뷰 배치 시 스크롤이 발생했을 경우 페이징이 올바르게 수행될 것.
(현재는 스크롤이 아닌 순차 통신처럼 로직이 돌아가는중 <-NestedScrollView 때문)
