Motivation for the change, related issues
Moves the Blueprint v1-specific initialization logic in Playground Remote to a dedicated worker file
playground-worker-endpoint-blueprints-v1.ts. This way, Blueprints v2 can be supported by creating a second worker specific to v2 initialization flow. This reflects the Playground CLI architecture.A part of #2586.
