Use semicolon separator in collapsed output for compatibility with FlameGraph.

This did used to be compatible with FlameGraph, but it looks like that was changed under brendangregg/FlameGraph@02b07ad. This change would be fine, but isn't this a breaking change for existing users? Some users (including myself) keep collapsed output around and regenerate flame graphs using new visualization implementations. |

Use semicolon separator in collapsed output for compatibility with
FlameGraph. Allows collapsed output from stackvis to be read by flamegraph.pl.
