Convert All option?

I mainly use hex codes out of habit, but sometimes, I need to switch over to RGB for transparency, etc. Would it be possible to have a "convert all" options that switches all HEX colors to RGB?

It's not something I would use myself too often (or at all), but I can imagine other people might.

Quick question (if you guys can give me some feedback).

Do you want to convert all hex colors in a document, or only all that match the currently selected color?
The first might be more difficult to do, but it depends on what is required.
