Updated R-CMD-check workflow to use actions/checkout@v5 and modified build arguments.
Updated checkout action version and removed check-dir argument.
(Use CMD check status as at latest release)

Updates R-CMD-check workflow to use actions/checkout@v6, and modifies build arguments, based on looking at the docs (on r-lib/actions and on github.com/actions)
