Purpose of this pull request

This pull request is to create/update the Scan Budgets docs.

Select the type of change

  • Minor Changes - Typos, formatting, slight revisions
  • Update Content - Revisions, updating sections
  • New Content - New features, sections, pages, tutorials
  • Site and Tools - .clabot, version updates, maintenance, dependencies, new packages for the site (Docusaurus, Gatsby, React, etc.)

Ticket (if applicable)

Update the Usage management doc

To create the query size limit using the **Advanced** configuration:

In the main Sumo Logic menu, select **Administration > Account > Usage Management**. <br/> [**New UI**](/docs/get-started/sumo-logic-ui/). In the top menu, select **Administration**, and then under **Account**, select **Usage Management**. You can also click the **Go To...** menu at the top of the screen and select **Usage Management**.

To view the selected scan budget:
