Add a cron workflow for monitoring #6
Description
I want to add a cron that runs the tests on this repo weekly and can send me an email if it breaks.
Maybe I can even add a job that fetches a newer build based on the update check endpoint for ST4 builds, since there is no "latest" endpoint for them currently.
