Syntax test file names

The test binaries expect (and the official docs mention) syntax_test_ as syntax test file name prefix. Contrary to this, ST itself only expects syntax_test. Will be fixed in the next dev release according to SublimeHQ, though.

If true, I think we should warn about any files that start with syntax_test that are not followed by a _.

I think the problem is/was that the standard wasn't clear, so some things did one pattern and some another pattern. But since I am probably not the only person who used syntax_test.ext-style filenames, we should let those people know in the test output that those tests are not going to be run in the future.

PR now includes warning for (case-insens) syntax_test files that don't also match (case-sens) syntax_test_.
